Aida isn't really a benchmarking software, it's for stress-testing, but it does have a benchmarking feature.

Oh snap I meant stress-testing lol. I want to stress test what do I do?

Hit the button on the top row that looks like your Task Manager's icon... it's right here:

Then you'll need to check the options you want to stress: I'd always recommend using the "Stress CPU" and "Stress FPU" options because they provide the most realistic temps and loads etc. that Aida64 as a program can offer. For disk, memory, and GPU stressing and benchmarks, I'd use a different program.
