Sabertooth gets it done and gets my vote. Formula gets it done but is more shiny and pricey.

Both overpriced. If you like the looks go for them. If you like your money go for something cheaper.

Formula has better on board audio and is more liquid cooling friendly (Hybrid Thermal Solution)! Plus it's only $20 or so more than the sabertooth! IMO, the aesthetics on the Formula are better, but it's coming from a person who likes a red/black theme so make your own judgement. My vote goes to the Formula as it offers more features when you pay a little bit more. I'm buying one for my upcoming build as a matter of fact!
