Help with crossfire

Go to solution Solved by Fictionvl,

okay, here's what you have to do, since both cards are clocked at different speeds, try to get both cards at the same clock, and try it again.

Like remove one card, and clock the one in, then do the same for the other card

Okay so i had a reference 7870 and i wanted more preformed so i bought a second 7870 (asus direct cu 2) and i dont think the crossfire is working.  in catalyst controll it says my first gpu's activity is like actually doing shit and its at 1000mhz on gpu and 1200 mhz on the memory. my second graphics card is always  at 0% activity  and the gpu clock is always at  300 and the memory is always at 150mhz.  Ive also havent noticed a fps increase in my game, if there is one its like 5 fps please help!

Good :P The second GPU could be dead or has ESD damage, either way, it's not active.
