First computer build plan

So i'm going to be building a computer soon to upgrade from my old HP slag heap that i play on currently. The goal is to spend 1000$ or less, and put together a capable machine that can not only play all of todays games at a reasonable resolution and fps, but stream/record them while doing so. my current build is below, and i'm open to any suggestions/second opinions. I'd like the keep the case if nothing else, but the mouse has got to stay. and on the topic of windows, i'm completely closed minded and windows 8.

Please don't buy fx processor for gaming. If you do atleast get a better motherboard.

Definitely go with @ZetZet's build. You can save even more money by buying Windows off of Reddit for 8-20$.
