Does sli works betwen 2 diferent manufacturers of same card ( example asus and gigabite 960).

EG Both 960s 1x Windforce and 1x EVGA will work

1More question (i guess stupid one but what a hell) if 2 gpu's have 2gb vram will that work out as 4gb vram total or only 1 card will give vram?

2 GB total.

 

Data is duplicated across both cards.  The 4 Gb card will have 2 GB of vram be unused.
