RAM Reading Troubleshoot

So my computer (under system properties of win 7) is only reading 3GB of the 8GB RAM installed. I tried each stick individually in each slot ant they all work fine (gg) and read 3GB.

What's a good RAM utility to test my memory?

 

And yes it is a 64-bit OS.

System: Thinkpad T460
