PLEASE HELP boot problems

I had a fresh install of windows on a 128gb ssd and i bought a 1tb hdd today new to add storage. I connected it and put had it as third in the boot priority and every time i would go into windows it wouldnt show up. So i thought there was a problem and tried a few things in the bios like setting it to uefi only and changing the modes between ide and ahci and then when i rebooted it came as your pc didnt start correctly and it keeps just restarting. I disconnected the hard drive and i have the same problem. I started off with the hdd not coming up and now i cant even boot into windows.

when you installed new hdd, did you format it?

Change the settings back to what they used to be in the bios, then boot into windows and open disk management, you need to format the hard drive within there for it to show up.

 

Try clearing CMOS as well.

I changed them back. I used the diagnosis menu to do a "system restore" and nothing happened im just back in the loop.
