Which case?

Vegetable

Looking to keep me AND the wallet happy. Either the Corsair 100R silent, or the Fractal Design Define S. Both have what I want, but cable management is HUGE with me, and the Define S wins there. I'm going to put 4 more be quiet fans in them (well, just 3 for the 100r) and create a light positive airflow to keep out dust. Will be housing a single GPU, a mAtx board, a non-modular PSU, and just one hard drive. The optical drive is optional, either way works for me (I've only used my drive once in a year.) I'd like some input, and maybe some other suggestions if you have any. FYI, I want a silent case if you can't tell.

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz - Cooling: NZXT Kraken X61 - Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X SLI - RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares 2400mhz - GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4G - Case: Phanteks P350X - PSU: EVGA 750GQ - Storage: WD Black 1TB - Fans: 2x Noctua NF-P14s (Push) / 2x Corsair AF140 (Pull) / 3x Corsair AF120 (Exhaust) - Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red - Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.

The Fractal- I have one of their cases and it's excellent, plus their customer service has also been great with me.

The Define S comes with a removable front filter whereas the 100R has some permanent stuffing at the front-side vents - which I don't like.

Also the Define S comes with 2x140mm fans which are decent and the 100R comes with 2x120mm which I haven't used before so don't know the quality of.

I like their cable management and their hard drive mount positioning on the rear of the motherboard tray area - since I don't use more than one mechanical HDD I don't need re donkulous amounts of drive sleds etc. or an ODD (I have an external for as/when situations).

If there's not too big a price difference in your area then the Fractal for sure.

If cable management if a HUGE concern for you, I'd highly recommend the NZXT s340

It's a dream for cable management, it has an enclosure at the bottom that surrounds the PSU allowing you to put any unused cables right in there (good for non modular PSU's)

Airflow is great, and it come with two pre-installed NZXT fans (one and the back and one at the top) with giant removable fan-filter at the front for your extra fans

However, it isn't the MOST silent computer out there, but from using it for about a week now, the noise hasn't bothered me in the slightest, but that's just me

Also, it supports the formfactor of your motherboard
