RAM question

Its always worth a shot, you won't damage anything. And voltage shouldn't be a problem, since the motherboard will automatically run the RAM at the same speed and voltage as the slowest stick.

Again, its worth a shot. I actually don't know the codes on the sticks you bought so trying the RAM yourself is pretty much the only way you'll know if it works in your computer.

ok.. one last thing i dont have a anti static wrist strap. will i cause some damage ? no i will not scratch a carpet and then touch my pc just normal life

also will i need to do something in the bios in case they dont work ?

More than likely not. Though if you can don't work on a computer in a room that has carpet. And you might need to remove the CMOS battery just to be sure that the RAM default settings are correct.
