Is this board ok?

1. Don't get the fx8320, get an i5 instead. (i5 4690, i5 4690K, i5 4590, i5 4460 etc..)

2. If you're hardset on the 8320, that board would probably be fine.

Not always.....you don't know if OP is gaming or not. Maybe doing some heavy video rendering, video editing or something along the lines of that.

 

Exactly. Also the 8320 is $135 right now, which is a good deal for rendering. @lexidobe the ASUS M5A99FX is a very good motherboard. The Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 is also a very good option.

yes, but as all the other people say, get an i5. The i5-4460 is about the same price and performs much better.

FOR GAMING. Not everyone games on their PC. Some people render. Do you think that the i5 4460 will beat an 8320 at rendering NO!
