I'm thinking about increasing the memory voltage of my ASUS 7950 so that I can get a higher memory clock. I've already overclocked the card to the following stable settings:

1060 core (up from 800)

1650 memory (up from 1250)

How safe is it to overclock the memory voltage on my GPU? Should I just be cautious of the temperatures?

What voltages do you have for memory?

It also depends on what memory you have, Samsung memory seems to scale better with voltage vs hynix.
