fps drop

When ever i move my mouse in any game that i own the gpu usage and the frame rate drop to 0, if i hold my mouse still it goes way up then i move my mouse again and it goes back down.  

 

Have any of you guys had similar experiences with this?

 

If so pls help.

Has this issue been happening for awhile or did it just start recently? Does it happen in games only or will it do something similar when a video is playing?

Try reinstalling all video drivers

i have already done a clean install of video drivers, nothing happened

Do you have a different mouse that you could try using, some of the sites that I'm seeing when looking up your problem are suggesting it might be the mouse drivers itself.

interesting, no i dont have a different mouse but i could ask to borrow a friend's mouse

 

let me see if there are new drivers available for my mouse

ok i uninstalled the software and drivers tried running a game frame rate still dropped, then reinstalled them and ran a game and the frame rate still dropped

Then I'm stumped really, have you made sure all your temps are ok?

All I can really suggest now is a fresh install of windows.
