Mouse Buying Recommendations?

Hey guys!

So I'm looking to replace my MX500, and I see that the Logitech G602, G402, Steelseries Sensei Raw and Corsair M45 are on sale.

Logitech G602 : http://www.amazon.co...33809580&sr=1-5

Logitech G402: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Hyperion-Gaming-Fusion-910-004069/dp/B00LZVNWIA/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1434051555&sr=8-7&keywords=corsair+m45

Steelseries (heat orange): http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FAJT6VK/ref=twister_B008RWR5RE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Corsair: http://www.amazon.co...r/dp/B00IDWFN4U

I was wondering about your thoughts on these mice? Or should i just keep my existing mouse? I want a very comfortable mouse that is compatible with both claw and palm grips since i use both, and they are best bang for the buck. I am also open to other suggestions that are under $50. Having a great sensor, no acceleration, and quality are important, but number of buttons are not important to me.

Thanks!

Is there a certain reason why? :)

I have the plain M65 and love it, fits great in my hand. I also have a Logitech M705 for my laptop and I love that one just as much.

Damn your prices are so much better there, in comparison to Australia!

Anyways, I can vouch for the Logitech G602. I've always had troubles with the cords of mice, and even got a mouse bungee, so I wanted to give the wireless option a crack.

Saw it on sale, and it ended up being an awesome purchase. The build quality is awesome, and it has some nice textures to it (especially that thumb rest). The extra buttons don't hurt as well.

And lastly, it has a beastly battery life in comparison to other wireless mice, and with a set a rechargeable batteries you're set for life!

I think it's the best wireless option, and it's at a very good price!

As for the others, they are all awesome wired mice, and all really solid and reliable brands. But I do have a soft spot for Steelseries :)

Out of those, the G402 would probably be the best all around option. Great performance and should work well with your grip styles. However, the G602 is the best if you want wireless. Corsair M45's shape isn't the best for palm grip, and the quality is not quite up to par. The Sensei should just be ignored entirely due to the crappy sensor.

I tend to not like wireless mice because of the input lag, so unless it is very exceptional, I won't be interested very much.

What kind of grip do you use on your M65?

The G602 is newer than the G700 and that already didn't have any noticeable input lag on wireless. Nowadays there's realistically no difference as long as it's developed properly.

Git Gud.

Agreed, it seems this thought from the older days is still around.

But in truth, wireless technology has come a long way, and there's hardly a difference between the two if any. This is especially the fact with Logitech, a very solid and reputable brand.

I have been using the Logitech G402 for the past 8/9 months and I love it. It's one the best mice I have used in a long time, and it's the only mouse in the past two years that hasn't died in 3 months. It's comfortable even with the goofy design and it pretty customisable. Low or high sensitivities, it holds it's own and at it's pretty decent price, I'd say it's a steal when it's on sale.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

I use a palm grip. Even with my on the larger sized hands it's really comfortable and easy to hold. Though, it's still usable with a more of a claw/fingertip grip too. However, I think the shape really compliments a palm grip.

As for the other mice, I haven't used them, no.

I'd say the G402, because it's the most similar to your current mouse. I have a G402 and it's damn comfortable. My only gripe with it is the rubbery cable, it will make the mouse feel heavier on cloth pads.

Laptop: Intel Core i5-4200H, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce 840M

Desktop: Intel Core i3-6100, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Look into the Mionix Naos 7000. Its 50% off on Massdrop, but it could cost a lot to ship to Austrailia.

Have you ever used that mouse? it seems like its a great one but i don't find many reviews or people who use it

Does it have a good sensor that has no acceleration?

In case you are looking at the G602... it is not a light mouse, there is some weight(and size) to it.
