Instagram Video Upload

How can I upload a pre-recorded video to Instagram? I've done it previously, but now it will not work at all. My app shows that all video types are unsupported, and when I run the app on my PC via ARC Welder, it says it's looking for picture file types.

 

How, then, can I upload videos to Instagram?

 

Oh, also, the support page on this topic is outdated - even though the UI change happened months ago. Good job, guys.
