So I recently got a card for 20$ in steam, and I typed it in, not realizing that my brother had signed in on my account, so is there anyway to transfer funds, or something?

buy the game and gifted to yourself

 Not really if your willing to lose 15 percent of the 20 dollars..just buy some random 20 dollar steam item in the market and trade it to resell......

and wait until tomorrow the steam summer sales are on
