Hello im a really nit b**** cheap ass and i need a new display, i use 60z atm and screen tearing sux

i play a lot of cs go and also new games like witcher 3....

i like to play on 24" 1080p 144z

 

i have maximum 200 to spend

i don't mind buying a used one

i just want it to be really cheap...
