Lower my "Sheild" stream latency

Hey everyone!

I got a question for you today.

 

Is there any way I can lower the latency from my computer to my tablet when streaming games using Moonlight?

I recently won a competition and a gaming tablet was one of the prizes. I say gaming, its more of a regular tablet with a controller grip bundled with it.

 

So I have decided to use it for Moonlight, more formally known as Limelight. It works fine for the first few seconds, but then suddenly the quality drops.

My computer is connected to the internet through powerline and the tablet wireless-ly.

Whats Moonlight?

I said later in the post. It was what was known as limelight. A program that tricks Geforce Experience into thinking you own a shield and allows game streaming.

What gaming tablet?

A Wikipad 7 with Controller Dock. It has a 1280x800 7" IPS screen, Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and 1GB Ram, Android 4.2.2
