So I've been debating on whether to buy the Ducky Shine 3 TKL for $104 on NCIX US, and was curious as to how their customer service and the such is.

Edit: I only knew the Canada one. I was on a trip to Canada and I got a keyboard from there.

Tbh i would be suprised if NCIX US is worse than NCIX canada.

They have a good rep. And i'm sure they want to keep that. There is a reason why they are so big.
