"New" used GPU help

So my, long story short, my headset got eaten by my mate's dog, and he offered to buy me a new one. I said it would cost him about $100, and he didn't mind. <--- True homie

Anyways, I told him if he's willing to blow $100 on me, I'd rather just get a new-to-me GPU. He was totes ok with that, and so now I'm searching all over Ebay and Amazon for used GPU's. I'm sticking with team green for now, as I still have a bad taste in my mouth over my 2 DOA 4870's a while back. I'm trying to get at least a 650 ti boost's worth of performance, as that seems to be around exactly what I want. I was looking at Gtx 480's. I'm totally OK with ANYTHING so long as it's team green and dx11 ready. Has to be $100 WITH shipping from ZIP code 37214. Anything is appreciated.

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.
