today I got up and my computer won't start but I noticed a noise and all the turns are turning on and spinning a second then off again.

Nothing on screen probably?

Try clearing CMOS and maybe even with a single stick of ram.

Take out your RAM and try the sticks one and one, And when you have done that try the same but on the other RAM slots.

Do you have any speaker plugged into the motherboard for troubleshooting?

Is there any metal contacting any computer parts? How many sticks of RAM do you have?

Yeah I don't know, I shut it down last night and woke up and heard a weird noise I then found out it was my PC. I opened it and looked at it and all the fans on everything was turning on for a split second then it would spin to a stop and repeat. I also tried the power button - nothing, unplugged it - stopped then right when I plugged it in started were it left off. But I switched RAM slots around and it starting working and it seems to be fine for now. It did scare me because I never seen anything like that before.
