So here's my issue.

My NEW computer had an error. Reinstalled windows. Now everytime it boots it either boots up fully (Disconnecting my keyboard at the windows logo) or just getting to the windows logo and rebooting. Then there's another two option it does to annoy me further. It will either freeze on the BIOS splash screen (Ctrl + Alt + Delete resets it) and it also likes to freeze after that just flashing a _ in the top left. It either does one of the three most of the time and when it does boot into windows i still have updates to download. So everytime i t has to restart i spend about 15 minutes trying to get back to the OS. Anybody any ideas what the hell is happening?

Reset BIOS settings, try clearing CMOS.

Tried that. Reset settings, pressed the blue switch on the back of the board as well (I think thats a clear cmos button) the only thing i havent tried is taking the battery out on the mobo. Literally the only thing else left that i can think of that it could be.

Oh and my Windows are sluggish and end up freezing every now and again. Tends to be minimizing freezing at like 50% transparency for about 2 minutes then unfreezing.

Reinstall windows?

As for CMOS, take out the battery on the motherboard, then unplug power then press power button then put back in battery and plug in ur system

Is ur RAM in correctly? GPU?

MemTest64+ Wont run. It's just blue screening with the same _ flashing but lower down the page

*Minute goes by*

Then an error message appears:

SMP: Boot timeout for         Turning off SMP

I've also just reinstalled Windows. I had to because it wouldnt boot. Installed Samsung Magician and turned on RAPID and it locked my drive. Thats when the issues started. So i formatted my SSD and HDD and reinstalled Windows. Now it boots again but not fully (Which is why i created this thread)

Everything is also in correctly. Nothing has changed since the reinstall and nothing has been moved. It's been running fine for 4 weeks. Samsung Magician just fucked me.

I'll test CMOS in awhile. It's 4am so i cant at the moment.
