Why 16GB? Gaming I guarantee you won't utilize more than 8GB.

What's the CPU? Without that we can't tell you anything.

Oh yeah, i just assumed it was 1155 :P

Ahh hey guys it is an i5-2320 and i need 16 gb because i do alot of video rendering for youtube.

Not necessarily - you could cope fine on 8GB.

Overall I would go with a Silverstone Strider Plus 750w which are about $150 from PCCG, an Asus P8Z77 board that fits your budget, a Corsair C70 or 600T, NZXT 420 or CM HAF series case and 8GB of Corsair Vengeance low profile RAM in 2x4. When you have the money then get if you feel you still need it, the extra 8GB of RAM.

Just another question - have you already brought the 690?
