Okay, this is pissing me off... I need to do a 19-page work for tomorrow and word crashes every time I try to save it. I have Microsoft Office 2013.

Ohhhh... I actually fixed this for a client before.

it requires you to delete a specific registry.

So... Do I delete every registry?

If it says to delete a registry, delete that one registry.

BE SURE TO BACKUP ALL REGISTRIES before deleting them.

and be sure microsoft word isn't open when deleting the registry keys.

I'm sorry to say that I tried every single one of the solutions in the post and no one worked, Word still crashes...

I honestly wish I could help you further. But without being there, I could only say try reinstalling. I want to remote to your computer to hlep you.

I think I'll uninstall Office 2013 and reinstall 2007, that one never gave me such problems as this one, but thanks anyways
