Do it as  heap as posskble please

I went on a little search on Amazon and knowing that you wanted a budget solution with Long range AND Linus' preference for Ubiquity, I found this:

http://www.amazon.com/Ubiquiti-UniFi-Access-UAP-LR-US-Version/dp/B005H4CDF4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1433766768&sr=1-1&keywords=access+point&refinements=p_n_condition-type%3A6461716011%2Cp_n_feature_keywords_browse-bin%3A2888517011%2Cp_89%3AUbiquiti

28.99$ over the 60$, but you could potentially get away with some re-location on your existing networking gear and 2 of these.

This only does the 2.4 ghz band though, so if the place is already congested with 2.4 ghz Wifi, you may need to look into some 5 ghz equipment :/
