Help!? Triple Monitors for Simulation Rig

Ok, so very recently I purchased the Obutto oZone gaming cockpit, and i'm super happy with it. I have a problem tho, I want to upgrade to a triple monitor setup for it. I dont wanna spend a TON of money on monitors, but i need some suggestions.

I would like to go with 27 inch monitors as I will be sat a good distance away from the monitors because of the cockpit config. I REALLY like the Asus VN279QL because of the SUPER slim bezel and non distracting design, https://goo.gl/HgKrYgI will need to have all of my monitors have a display port input, because I will be going with a new 980ti in the rig for the setup. But I have a problem... its only a 1080p monitor. Like i said before I will be sat a little bit of a distance away in the chair, but I do kinda have a feeling that it may just not be good enough pixel density.. So I guess the question is whether or not this monitor is a good choice?

Does anyone have any other suggestions for a monitor for this setup? I want it to have:

-Slim Bezel (I will NOT be de-bezeling monitors for this)

-Display Port Input

- Vesa Mount Compatability

-Maybie more then 1080? (Not sure, 1080 may be enough since ill be sat back in the rig)

Any and all help would really be appreciated! I'm really bad at picking monitors and displays...

Collecting every single CPU in existence? Is it possible? I have no idea, but i'm sure gonna try! http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/341848-dont-throw-away-old-cpus-im-collecting/

The LG 21:9 monitor would be ideal for you.

Primary: Lenovo T61 / Intel Core2Duo T7200 @ 2.2GHz / 3GB DDR2 / NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M / Fedora 22 <<<< THE WHITE KNIGHT

Secondary: Compaq Presario CQ56 / AMD V130 @ 2.3GHz / 2GB DDR3 / AMD Radeon HD 4250 / Windows 8.1 <<< THE FORGOTTEN HERO

The bezels will freak you out. Trust me. Get an ultra-wide, and then later 2 smaller ones.

no.. ive been using Triple monitors for my daily driver for over a year now.. Im not worried about the bezels being in the way...

Besides, thats why i would like a thin bezel one, like the monitor I linked

If you already have triples, try this:

haha I do thank you for trying tho! I would have gone with an ultrawide, but it would have cost more overall, and I would want to do an ultrawide flanked by 2 other monitors anyway.. so i would still have bezels:p

Altho, thats an idea worth considering.. An ultrawide flanked by 2 other monitors.. like 2 24 inch monitors.. Hmm

One of these for best possible simulator rig.

lol, i need somthing that is out right now, and besides, I said above that I dont want an ultrawide, they are  way too expensive for me right now, plus i cant fit 3 ultrawide monitors on the stand that comes for the Obutto oZone. I want either a 27 or 24 inch surround setup

You want bezels and dead space instead of a proper gaming enjoyment?

Suit yourself. Just remember this conversation when you decide to switch to an ultrawide eventually :)

Heres the thing.. Ive been using 3 screens for gaming on my main rig for a long time now, but I cant transfer the monitors to my sim rig because they are 24 inch monitors and I want 27 inch. Besides, i can get a bigger overall screen area with the 3, 27 inch monitors anyways. The bezels will be a bit annoying, but im used to them because of my main rig.But I have been thinking about doing a single ultrawide, and then putting 2 other monitors beside it. but idk if i could get that all on the stand that they are sending me for my Obutto
