This is my first time building a gaming PC and I need help on What to buy. My budget is around 450

Man, a good graphics card and RAM is that much.

Look into the AMD Kaveri APU, pick some motherboard and some Kingston Value, find a case and power supply used somewhere and there you go...

Primary: Lenovo T61 / Intel Core2Duo T7200 @ 2.2GHz / 3GB DDR2 / NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M / Fedora 22 <<<< THE WHITE KNIGHT

Secondary: Compaq Presario CQ56 / AMD V130 @ 2.3GHz / 2GB DDR3 / AMD Radeon HD 4250 / Windows 8.1 <<< THE FORGOTTEN HERO

Also check out some of Newegg's DIY Supercombos for your price range to get an idea of what components you want/can afford.

Check out if microcenter is near you or other big box computer store. In store combos and open box blows away pc part picker. I have built  one pc for 260 and my second is 190 with some salvage. DO you have any pcs in the house that are kinda unused? Every 10 bucks saved can mean another few fps performance
