I'm going to get a new phone but can I break away from iOS? I cold get a 6 / 6 plus. Or get an android if so which one I'm a heavy user and use heavy battery. (One do the reasons I'm hunting of android-ing it). I've never used anything other than iOS as a Daily driver. Now fan boys/girls sit in the bench I want objective opinions and facts please!

Do you use a ton of iOS only apps? Then stick to iPhone.

If not it doesn't matter.

If you want great battery life look at Xperia Z3, Z3+, Motorola Droid Turbo.

Yeah if you want customisability then android. If you want the apps stick with IOS. Also remeber september is near so thats when new iphones come out

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?

The only phone that is really comparable to the iPhone 6 is the Galaxy S6. Until I see Anandtech's review on the LG G4, I'm not going to blindly recommend that but that seems to be an attractive phone to get. You can always get a battery case to extend your battery life (remember that iPhone 6's battery life is within 10% of most flagship Android phones. 73787.png
