Chrome Multiple monitors zoom

So I have a 1024x768 (2) monitor, and a 1920x1080 (1) one. Reading stuff in chrome is difficult on the 2nd one. 

 

Can I zoom out on only the 2nd monitor, without effecting the zoom on 1?

you can change the scale in windows on a per monitor basis. Scale the difficult to see one to 125%
