It depends on how fragmented it is.

If it's soo damn bad, then yeah it's good to defrag it. If it's like 1% or 2% then defragging it is a waste of time.

An SSHD is basically a normal mechanical harddrive with a small SSD-Cache. So, yes, just like HDDs (but unlike full SSDs!), SSHDs can (and should) be drefragged once in a while.
