windows 8.1 problem

So after working without any problem, suddenly after pc waking from sleep it showed low virtual memory, I had to restart the pc.
Now instead of booting fast , After the uefi logo it shows flickering line (just like command line) then afte 10 seconds it goes in winowds boot logo and it boots.
It was faste before.

Specs:

I7 4790k
asus sabertooth z97 mark 2 with latest bios update
8gb of ram.

any advice?

Is your boot drive the first to be booted? If not make it

@pell p1 is hdd p2 is ssd that is boot. In bios its only set to power on boot drive and ssd is set to be first boot option

You run crystal disk mark on the ssd recently I know they will slow down when they get close to fail. If you have ever booted a hdd on fast boot mode it will do what you described

 I ran Crystal disk mark and here are results.
