Roccat Kone XTD issues

Hey Guys, 

I have had my Roccat Kone XTD for just over a year now and it has started to go weird, whenever I change something in the software it takes around 3-5 mins, if it doesn't crash.
it is in mint condition still and it hasn't been dropped at all. If you require anymore info please ask.

Had 4 Kone+.. infamouse mose-wheel issue on all of them... try re-install the drivers / software and remove the battery for a re-set / update the firmware (or roll-back if possible)

 

Otherwise RMA it.

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P
