Best Tablet for UNDER $100

I have been shopping around for a cheap tablet and came across the ASUS MeMO Pad ME172V-A1-GR

So my main question is...is it worth it or should i save my money but all i really want it for is so i can play Paralell Kingdom and a few other basic games and YouTube...oh and of course my jungle timers for League of Legends!!! 

 

If anyone can reply to this with a bit more insight on what i should get or if i should wait and save my money.

You can try to find some Allview tablets. they're verry cheap and are good value.
