My question is will these work together?? and will they be good?? Is the Pump adequate??

 

could any of you suggest fans to put on the rad??

 

BTW this is at the top end of my budget!!

To be honest, if you don't have the proper budget to do a custom loop, you just shouldn't do it. The parts you listed are pretty cheap in both price and quality. They will probably leak, break down and ruin your system. 

 

I've never personally seen a CPU block that is also a pump except on AIO coolers. 

 

If you're on a low budget and are just trying to cool your CPU, you're better off getting an AIO like a Corsair H100i. 

 

Edit: Upon further research, that pump is actually supposed to be part of an Alphacool AIO system that includes a 240mm radiator and fans.
