Computer Not Posting

I went to turn my computer on this morning, I flicked the PSU switch on and saw my led lights turn on and off. I checked that my kettle lead was in correctly and tried again. Same results. I asked my friend and he said to clear cmos, i did that and then my computer was finally getting power. I clicked my power button and nothing happened, I also tried my onboard power button, same results. I resat RAM and CPU and took my GPU out, it powered on but got into a reboot loop. I resat ram again and then it got stuck on post code 64 (CPU DXE initialisation). I switched to backup bios and then it got stuck on Ab (wait user command in BIOS setup). I cleared CMOS yet again and switched to main bios and still got Ab!

Omg sorry but its working now, I tried booting for the millionth time and it worked :\
