SSD Suggestions

Just a quick question before I jump into it, but should I get two 256GB SSDs or one 512GB SSD? 

 

I want to know which set up typically has more value, more eco friendly, and which has better performance.

 

This is a huge "In General" kind of thing, I was just interested and why not ask people who know their stuff.

Generally one large is better.

Two in RAID 0? will be faster, but I'd honestly go for the single SSD since you don't have to worry about your RAID array failing if one SSD falls out or what have you.

Single 512. Keep things simple.
