reset windows 8.1 laptop

hey guys, so about to sell this laptop. It has windows 8.1 on it. is there a way for me to get it to "factory" without touching the windows?

 

it orignally was win 7 laptop, so I cant just "factory reset" it, as i want to keep win 8.1 on it. any help?

this should help or you could go into the recovery menu and reset it from there

Issue is its saying there's missing stuff to just reset it. And there's no recovery disk as it was upgraded to 8.1

I'm just adding a new user and removing the old ones and uninstalling prograns
