So my vertex 4 just kicked the bucket while i was doing my college work Any one had the RMA with them how long does it take? I have 5 year warranty so i know it's still covered.

I sent in my Vector drive last year. Overall the service was pretty good, but it did take a few weeks to get it back. They sent me a refurbished drive, which has mostly worked but started giving me weird errors so I switched to Intel.

Thanks hoping it gets done quickly i have 3 weeks life of college is isn;t the time to take my main coding and rendering RIG away from me

A man without his best rig is a sad man.

Yeah i am mega sad a few months ago my motherboard died, now my SSD. I don't think ther eis anything up with my PSU nothing funny is going on even when i pushed my 8350 to 4.8 Ghz

I might have to get a 60 Gb ssd just to install windows on, luckly i'm a bit of back up freak and have a 500GB in my computer with all my files and then a NAS that has another copy . Stuck on a chromebook as my main rig now. great for web and writing paper work though so at least i can get that done.
