These were the best cases around this price range I could find personally I would get the 400r but they are all solid cases

Windowed side panel versions are available. And no, no top filters. Too low end a case for Corsair to deem it worthy.

But 400R seems to be a very old case!

It could be modded easily to add missing features. Places sell magnetic dust filters.
