Case fans

Looking for silent, solid black case fans that are 120mm. About to get the 100r silent and want to pick up 2 or 3 to ensure the highest airflow with the quietest operation. Price range up to $15 each, not trying to spend more than $50 on some fans. Thanks.

Cougar Vortex, get the PWM if you have a fan controller

dont even consider corsair fans, lol

Cougar Turbine, they're like the Vortex, but cheaper. They also come in 4 packs for about $30 US.

 

Rosewill Hyperboreas would be good too. As would Be Quiet! Pure Wings.

I can definately recommend Cougar, Enermax, and Thermaltake for quite and strong fans. Though the problem with Thermaltake is that they like to color in their anti-vibration corners and can turn off many people looking for a solid color.

BeQuiet fans are worth to take a look at, though I'm not sure about their price at your location.
