question about 8.1 trial

so i have the 8.1 trial and i used the rearm and i have 7days left so i want to use my 2nd hard drive to install windows on so i can just use that HDD for windows. So will i have to uninstall windows off my first HDD then install on the 2nd but, can i uninstall it off my first HDD without having to wipe it? because i have a lot of other stuff on it my 1TB is almost full and my other drive is only 260GB

im pretty much asking how do i JUST uninstall windows and keep all my other stuff on my harddirve,    or can i keep windows on my harddrive and just install it on the other hard drive and make it use the windows on my 2nd hard drive
