That PSU is overpriced and underperforming. Look at EVGA G2/GS/B2 and XFX XTR, Antec High-Current-Gamer and so on

Well then it is a great build.

 

I would change the PSU, to probably EVGA, and maybe upgrade to a 980ti if you have the money for it

Well still change the PSU, the RM is to put it bluntly, crap

Possibly a gigabyte motherboard or Asus, because MSI BIOS flashing software is utter rubbish

The BIOS itself is alright, but the flashing software is utter rubbish and has a high chance of bricking the board when you use it. There is no way to avoid it. Gigabyte and Asus have much better software. MSI has known this for years it seems, but never done anything about it
