Refreshing my PC

My PC has been lately getting hardware issues that intel chipset driver is not installed and windows registry files are corrupt, and Windows Update components are corrupt, therefore I have decided to reset my PC. I have created 3 partitions in for my 4TB HDD and I have dedicated 750GB to Personal Files, 1.5TB for games but Windows itself has been installed on C drive which is about 500GB so, I was wondering If the F: Drive would be affected if I reinstalled windows and is there any way to fix these issues?

As long as you don't mess with the partitions, they should remain intact.
