FPS drops

Well, I know that FPS drop during the graphical intensive moments, I have two rigs. On RIG A, the game runs smoothly at 60FPS with no drops what so ever, on RIG B it runs at 60FPS and drops during games.

RIG A

CPU: 8150-FX

GPU: R9 270X

PSU: Hummer 700W

MOBO: 990FXA-UD5

4G (was 8) Gskill Ripjawx CL7 1600

 

RIG B

CPU: I7 2700K

GPU: R9 270X

PSU: Generic 500W

MOBO: P8H61-M LE R2.0

Okey, after sending the GPU over and getting a new one I have the same issue, I'll try a ghetto thing. I'll get the big PSU and only use the pci-e connectors, if it works I'll buy another PSU....

I'm open to any ideas that can help me test the system...
