Its a really good build, but you dont need the lan pcie card, you already have wiren internet on the motherboard.

Not alot to change, with that budget you got some of the best you can get! Just remember GTX970 is really only 3.5GB. But its awesome anyways!

3.5=0.5GB of vram the 0.5gb is still there.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

 I see nothing wrong with that build! Kills my rig! I suppose you could go with a 290 or 290X, But despite it's faults the GTX 970 is such a sweat sweat card! And mine is very dear to my heart! Maybe I love my 970 too much! Maybe I need help!

Don't get EVGA NEX. It's made by FSP, it is not as good as EVGA B2, G2, GS. Don't touch it for the price especially.
