Computer won't turn on.

Go to solution Solved by WillFromGA,

Perhaps its a issue with the SSD,

Have you tried taking the new SSD out and turning it on?

obviously you hit or touched something

go through and double check your connections

do what '] said but maybe add a tad bit of hot glue to your connections if you wont be changing stuff that frequently

Do the fans turn on?

I fixed it.

The CMOS battery was dead so I took out one from an old motherboard and it turned on with no problem.

I've had this motherboard for 17 days and bought from brand new too. Thanks AsRock...

I went to install a new SSD so I shut down the computer, switched off the power supply and then took the cord out of the power supply then proceeded to install the SSD. Now the computer won't turn on. There is power running through it because my pebble watch charges from the front USB and I have a 4 port USB hub plugged into the back that lights up. I have already took out and put back in the front wires that controls the power, reset, etc.

I'm all out of ideas of what could be wrong. Any help?

I forgot to mention that as well. That didn't work either.

Then it must be a connection like techguru suggested

I believe techguru is talking about you internal connectors like front I/O perhaps you accidentally un-plugged or miss aligned one

I ment his internal PSU connections

How would something inside the PSU get messed up? Plus it can't be the PSU cause I get power through the computer.

I took a screw driver and touched the positive to the negative on the power switch stands and nothing. Are these broken?
