Maybe, but you probably wouldn't notice.

You will be fine.

Yes, it looks to be a very significant bottleneck in GTA V.

 

 

 

BF Hardline seems to do exceptionally well on an i3 though. I know you asked BF4, but I didn't want to use a result that might not be consistent with the game's performance now after two years of patches.

If you overclock your i3 to 4ghz+ you should be ok.

don't get a 960 if your going to get a 960 it's better to go for an AMD option such as the 280,285, 280x and up

i3's aren't unlocked chips only the i5,i7 and the anniversary pentium chips are overclock able
