eBay WTF!?

Basically, I has some American b*tch ring me up saying that I cannot sell Windows 8.1 codes on eBay because they are "digital products". Alright, I was selling OEM keys which need a special license(which I do not have, yet was properly advertised as OEM. Although, I have now applied for this license lol) but she didn't care about that. What she cared more about is that some "members"(WTF?!) was writing to them complaining about me selling this(even though I have perfect feedback). I have sold, in total, 5 copies in the last 5 days with 4/5 of them giving me positive feedback, and the remainder hasn't left any(only been a few hours).

 

I argued my point of "I won't sell OEM keys no more, I will even get Microsoft to confirm that they are not" but no. She argued back that and that "Full license keys are illegal to resell" and "No way to check the product was sent" even though it was through eBay messaging which they CHECK AND FORWARD TO THE BUYER. I really don't know, she said I was violating the distribution of digital goods policy, for ALL the above reasons and it going to restrict my account for that category.

 

So, what do you think I should do? Or, what would you do?

If you are sure it is totally okay to do, and she is not an admin or mod.. Just ignore her and continue.

Oh shit. Yeah, she was an eBay Admin or something. I have been blocked from the software category for an indefinite amount of time. I want to make a new business email, ebay and paypal since previously I was using my personal accounts. I'll have the same IP though.
