Need help with my pc upgrade

Hello all, just starting off, i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, feel free to remove this thread if it's in the wrong forum.

Okay, so i'm growing tired of my current build, and i've decided it's time for me to upgrade, sadly due to being a poor student i don't have a big budget.

This build will mainly be for playing world of warcraft and abit of video editing and streaming, nothing major.

My budget is fairly small, 400-600USD, so i've decided to re use my graphics card and psu from my old computer since they're still fine for my use (i think)

The parts i already have: Gigabyte gtx 750TI and energon eps 550W psu. i know it's not gonna be able to run games that requires big graphics cards, but world of warcraft is mostly cpu based game so i think i'd be fine.

I'm playing on a 24" benq monitor and not in need of other periphals

So with that in mind, this is how the build i've had in mind looks and i would love to hear you guys opinion, what i could change for better performance and still keeping the budget.

cpu: Intel Core i5-4690K

Mobo: ASRock Z97M Anniversary

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 C9 DC - 8GB

primary storage: Crucial BX100 SSD - 120GB

case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-02

and then my gtx 750TI and 550W psu.
