Are you doing editing/rendering work? If not you can drop to an i5 4690k.

Also a 850w psu is not really needed unless you want to CF. A 600w psu would be plenty.

mostly high end gaming and streaming/rendering and my budget is going to be 1000 maybe 1200 euro's

OK, not entirely sure about rendering requirements, but you might benefit a lot from having a SSD as your boot/rendering drive (once completed store in your HDD/NAS/Server).

I have the same CPU and is pretty decent, so you might not be able to use all its power with an HDD.

Also, add more RAM, if you will be rendering on this machine, go with at least 16GB, or 32GB if you can.

For gaming, the 290x is good, and your power supply is enough for a single GPU.

i.e. I have the same CPU, 3x SSDs, 1x HDD, 2x Nvidia GPUs, Watercooling Pump, and a 850 PSU and my computer draws around 450w while gaming and 170w while working.

Your 290x has a slightly higher power consumption when under load, but the rest of the components will draw around 120-200w max, so you will have some room to spare in case you want to add another 290x in the future.

Go dual channel, it will perform better. That board has 4 slots, so you can always add another 16GB in the future if needed.

Personally I wouldn't change anything else (apart from the SSD). You have a beast there sir!

Thank you for the compliment,  maybe i will go for the SSD i saw a Adata SSD with 1tb maybe i'm going to get one of those
