What motherboard?

I have a build that I am looking to upgrade soon. Here is what it is- AMD FX-6350, Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P, PNY 650 2gb(YES, I KNOW, IT SUCKS BUTT... but I am getting a EVGA GTX 970 FTW+ 2.0+), Corsair H55i and 8gb of PNY performance RAM. I want to keep my processor and upgrade the Motherboard, what should I get?

Your CPU is going to bottleneck that GPU. Also what is wrong with your current mobo?

Honestly? You should just make the jump to an intel platform.

For some reason, I cannot overclock my CPU. It will not let me. That was going to be my partial solution to the bottlenecking problem. I figured this was on part of the fact that I bought a $90 mobo

With $70-100 you should get a small overclock. I would still recommend getting a better CPU though so you don't bottleneck the new GPU.
